How a custom part gets made
01Requirement reviewApplication, geometry, load, quantity and target cost. Drawing, 3D file or physical sample all work.
02Design & quotationWe propose material, layup and process options, then quote tooling and unit price separately.
03Tooling & first-offMould manufacture, first article production and dimensional check against your spec.
04Production & QCBatch production with in-process checks, surface finish per sample, then export packing.
